Day 34: Moon

The morning light lazily spread out across the fields as Tanya drove to school. The moon was still visible in the sky, a faded light sitting above the clouds. It’s an odd thing to see the moon in the daytime, Tanya thought. To be fair, it’s technically always there, it just feels wrong that it should be seen when the sun is also visible.

Tanya drove along the country roads before reaching the highway. She merged with the traffic and continued her drive towards school. The moon remained on her mind as she listened to the morning talk show on the radio discuss the county fair happening that weekend.
